We were extremely happy to be involved in planting hedgerow plants at Snipe Pond which is a wonderful hidden gem of a green space near Blackwell Golf Course.
Snipe Pond is an abandoned water treatment which has blossomed into a lovely picnic spot with the pond, wildlife meadow and paths. In conjunction with Durham Wildlife Trust and Friends of Snipe Pond, we helped plant over 600 hedgerow plants along the border of the area.
Update : The hedgerow plants are doing very well!
